We met in the mortgage industry in 2003. April worked at a wholesale lender where Drew sent loans to. After our first date our energy blended well. I guess it can be said we became life and business partners.
April worked with many top retail home lenders over the years and prior to getting her real estate license was working with top national home builder lenders. April enjoys helping homebuyers find the house that you will call home.
Drew has been a loan originator since 1998, created Qualify Before You Buy in 2003 and after working with some agents who lost sight of the client and purchase offers falling apart became a licensed real estate agent in 2006 The home buyers have enjoyed the convenience and cost savings in the one stop shop home buying approach.

We recommend getting a loan prequalification with Qualify Before You Buy so that way you know what loan programs your credit, income and available cash qualify you for.
Once you are under contract it can take anywhere from 20-45 days to close. The normal close date sellers like is about around 30 days. The first 10 days are your buyer's home inspection period. After that is the lender appraisal and last 10 days are your final conditions needed to close the loan.
Drop down: Yes. The savings come from several factors in the home buying process. A better sales price, seller contributions towards: buyers closing costs, towards buyer agent representation fee's,. towards home inspection repair requests even interest savings by getting a better interest rate.
